When I have a bit less job pressure I'm going to tweek Z80Tube to
ensure it will work in a non-RISC OS environment with no access to
relocatable module areas, system variables, and the like.
 
At the moment it starts up, and then bombs out with "Unknown
OS_Module call" as it tries to claim some RMA space.
