Subject: DFS Bug?

Has anybody noticed a tendency for DFS to "crash" at seemingly
random points on the Master 128?  I noticed this a while ago, particularly
when formatting when the drive light goes off in the middle of a disc
format and nothing else happens until you press BREAK.  It also seems
to happen when cataloguing discs now and again, before any
catalogue data is displayed.  It's happened now on more than one
Master with several different drives so I was wondering if it's a bug
in Acorn 1770 DFS.
