Ah, now there you have me. To me, python is a large snake (or the surname of
Monty) and ruby is what Dorothy's shoes were made from or a gemstone,
hardness 9 on Mohs scale.
I have no knowledge of any other computer language whatsoever (which, I
presume, is what they are). In that case, I withdraw my remarks regarding
BASIC but still maintain that very little computer work (ITC) in schools is
anything more than using other people's programs.
