There is an MDF for this at:
http://www.arcsite.de/hp/cms/mdf/akf30_40

This quotes vertical at 50Hz - which makes it PAL of sorts. Can't figure the
horizontal frequency from the MDF. Standard PAL is 15,625 Hz Horizontal.

Acorn 9 pin monitor outputs (from Archi 300/400 series manual)

1 Red
2 Green
3 Blue
4 CSYNC (composite sync)
5 NC
6 0V
7 0V
8 0V
9 0V

Looks like you might need some kind of resistive attenuation as in a SCART,
since it's analogue RGB
