I can't resist pointing out that DOSFS is the way to go:
*DOS
*MOUNT
*LOAD filename 3000
*ADFS
*SAVE filename 3000 +length
You can also use COPYFILES on the Master Welcome disc if you're RAM bound,
or do the above via an ARM coprocessor which has ~15.5MB free RAM!
