Subject: More on the Mystery Speech Chip

Hiya --

Well, I did some experimentation earlier this week with the VM61002NL 
phrom using the suggestions put forward by Sprow - but to no avail. 
Not a sausage out of it. However, I've not got both ICs in the Beeb 
yet just the phrom (although the other IC is identical to the setup I 
have in the other Beeb).

Is there a way I can read the contents of the chip to dump it out, 
something along the lines of reading an EPROM and dumping it to disk? 
At least then there's a copy of it that I can put online, and take a 
look at the data?
