Looks like a fairly neat implementation of a standard 16K sideways
RAM. Plug it into any convenient ROM socket, and connect the flying
lead to ~WR somewhere.
The 6264's are surface mount versions of the normal static 8K RAM you
see used on, e.g. ATPL boards, and the 74x04 will be used as an
inverter on the top address line to switch between the two RAM chips.
