Sorry, absoultely no help at all, and completely off-topic, but this 
looks suspiciously like a game my brother used to spend many happy 
hours playing on the Tektronix 4051, when I was about 3 or 4 years 
old. You entered an angle and speed for your shell, in an attempt to 
hit your opponent's gun on the other side of the mountain.
I used to lay down on the top of the Tektronix and lean over the front 
to look at the screen. I know I was small, because in this position, I 
could use the protruding interface cartridges at the back of the unit 
to stop myself sliding off!

Doesn't seem to be much on the Web about these machines, but I did
