Almost certainly. There was also an 'printer ignore character', set by
"*FX6,n" where 'n' is the character to be ignored. You could try "*FX6,0" to
see if the linefeeds were being dropped in the BBC. Pre master128 I think
they were. If you set the DIP switches in the printer to CR=LF, (known as
auto line feed, you may have problems with screen dumps, if you are doing
them, with CR=LF set).
There os an old buut useful ROM for B's called 'printmaster' that can help
too.
