If you were asking because you wanted to get hold of cable to install
your own Econet, it'll work fine with standard Cat5 UTP (twisted pair
Ethernet) cable.  There's no shield, but the differential pairs used in
Econet mean it's fairly immune to interference anyway.

Use the orange and green pairs for DATA+/- and CLOCK+/- and the brown
pair for 0v.

Cat5 is also a hell of a lot easier to install than the "proper" cable.
