You had two conflicting ROMs ...
ROM 13 was just a high priority socket, both in terms of vector claims
etc. and speed of access (it only took a single write of FE05 to page in
ROMs 8-15).
The only thing which springs to mind which used it was the Projection
Expansions sound upgrade.
