It was definitely on a Viglen utility disc although I am sure I
have seen it on utility ROMs as well. The good thing about the
disc-based version was that you could just copy the *SWAP
utility onto your dual catalogue disc and then anybody with a
Beeb could read it.
This Beeb was far from "bog-standard", with it being a US one, I
wish I still had it now, they are pretty rare.

I remember it (especially the !.!!!!!!! file), but not the association
with Viglen. Thought it came with one of the utility ROMs - Disc
Doctor, Advanced Disc Toolkit, Enigma, Toolstar, etc. Perhaps there was
also a disc-based version to allow discs with the extended catalogue to
be distributed and used on bog-standard machines?
