OSArgs 0,0 does get passed to the host correctly, but I've just spotted that
I corrupt R3 by using it as a loop counter before the result makes it into
R0 (the filing system id). So you'll always get an id of -1. Oops, better
fix that...

If you want to elaborate on any other omissions I can take a look at those
too - no point suffering in silence,
