Subject: *CREDIT

Just before I lose my marbles altogether, can anybody tell me
the correct syntax for the MDFS command *CREDIT?

According to the several copies of the manual I have it should
be *CREDIT <account number> <amount> but when I try this
I just get Syntax error all the time.
