DNFS is functionally two completely separate ROM programs[1] in a
single ROM. DFS raises PAGE to minimum of &1700+&200, NFS raises
PAGE to minimum &1000+&200. So, with both DFS and NFS present,
PAGE is at &1B00, regardless of whether DFS and NFS are in the
same ROM or not.
[1]Actually, DNFS contains /five/ programs - DFS, NFS, NetPrint,
Network and TubeHost.
