I think the underwhelming responses to your question are probably mainly
because you didn't define what "Smartwatch" was. 

Google throws up a number of pages none of which seem to be things you would
entertain running on a BBC micro, and it's not the 80's any more so I've
thrown out my transparent Smart watch,
