That's 00010059 in hex.  According to the table you posted, this means:
self test due to power on, long memory test performed, ARM3 fitted,
PC-style I/O detected, CMOS RAM unreadable.

I'm not quite sure what causes RISC OS to decide that the CMOS is
unreadable, but checking the battery would be an obvious place to start.
