I don't recall Elite coming with a LensLok device, I've had three BBC
versions, tape, disc and the original Acornsoft 6502 Second Processor
version in the big black box.

Wasn't there supposed to be a hole burnt into the disc with a precision
laser to prevent copying, or is that folklore ?

I used Basil Bloom's CopyAll and I never encountered any hardship in copying
it.
