Subject: Re: [almost OT] Econet/NetFS server for Linux - Printing

Hi,

For those who had an interest in this little project, you may be
interested to know that I have now got printing working (with RiscOS at
least) and successfully printed out some DrawFiles and Impression
documents using a PostScript driver.

Once I get some sort of PC Econet interface up and running, I should be
able to test all this stuff with my Master 128.

The file server side is now at a usable level, but lacks some of the
more "luxury" features such as file renaming/delete, permissions
checking, and *LOAD-style file access. It also lacks some of the lower
level functions (e.g. Catalogue header) as RiscOS doesn't use them, and
I don't (at present) have any means of testing them properly.

I should have a downloadable version available soon for those who want
to try it out.
