Subject: [Practically OT] Weird application behaviour

Hi,

My apologies if this is too-OT, but my googling skills have proven rubbish
once again.

Having acquired a new hard drive for the purpose yesterday, I tried last
night to get my Risc PC (RO3.6/Uniboot) working.

In a surprising contrast to expectations, I can run apps off my linux AUN
server, but running the exact same apps from the machine's hard disc, I
get "undefined instruction".

In an effort to find the holy grail of answers, I wondered if any of the
32-bit owners here had come across this weirdness?
