Thanks for the offer, but if all goes to plan I've got one coming. Re: the
extraction; I hope it would come from an already-dead spectrum (or should
that be a dead-ex spectrum ROFL) I don't accept computer vivisection in any
form - even to Sinclair machines ;)

A couple of people have asked what it's for:- I need to replace a blown
chip in one of the 16k expansion cards in my Atari 800 err err I mean Acorn
... err 800.
