Interesting - do you have any more info on the interfaces (types, availability 
of software to go with them etc.)?

I've never heard of those before - Google seems to suggest that 'dacta' was 
actually a sub-division of the Lego company though rather than a single 
product, and that they've produced all sorts of different interface units over 
the years.

We do want more control-type stuff for the museum for interesting demo 
exhibits (and Lego's just as good as something homebrew, or Meccano, or 
Fischertechnik or whatever) - but at the same time we're drowning in things 
that need significant hours spending on them to turn into useful exhibits :-)
