Subject: [OT] Discontinued Semiconductors

A little off-topic, but discontinuted semi-conductors are often discussed on 
this list!

I'm after a TD340ID? (three (3)).

A TD340ID is what I want because the ID version is in a plastic DIL package.

It is made by ST Micro but they have stopped production of this device.

It is a quad FET H-Bridge PWM DC motor controller chip.
