Subject: [OT] BBC Master AIV - Overheating

Damage in transit, was the packaging damaged, if there is damage to the
packaging you may be able to make a claim under the Royal Mail Special
Delivery. Don't throw the packing, take photos, and fill out that claim
form.

It?s unusual for items sent Royal Mail Special Delivery to be damaged
because they are usually handled very well from depot to depot, but I did
have a Samsung DVD-709 DVD Player, that became damaged, the circuit board
was cracked, but if it wasn't for the original packing carton it was shipped
in, and a "creased corner" on the box, Royal Mail would not have paid me
compensation of ?250 + Royal Mail Special Delivery postage back.
