Has nobody answered this one yet?

For a single file:

*MOVE -adfs-<pathname> -disk-<pathname>

eg:

*MOVE -adfs-:0.Diagram.1.Marsay1 -disk-:0.1.Marsay1

For multiple files, various programs with names like CopyFiles,
FileCopier, TreeCopy, MultiCopy. Must add this to the FAQ... You
should have at least one of them on an ADFS Utilities Disk,
available at http://mdfs.net/Mirror/Archive/Acorn/MastWelc.zip

Run it and it prompts for source and dest. Can't remember offhand,
but something like:
Source filing system (A/D/N/O): Adfs
Source directory: :0.Diagram.1
Dest. filing system (A/D/N/O): Dfs
Dest. drive: :0
Copying...

My TreeCopy will take command line parameters, so you can do
things like:
*TreeCopy adfs::0.Diagram.1 disk::0 ~C
