Subject: [TAKEN] Acorn VGA AKF53 Monitor Free to Good Home,

I haven't been to York since 2003, but you can't help thinking they should
probably take the following comments off their webpage, as they seem misleading:

"From an economical point of view, a lot of the equipment thrown out still
has considerable value in the right markets. For example, certain old computers
are now collectable."
"As well as conventional PCs, we have also taken Apple, Sun, SGI, Acorn,
Commodore, Atari computers and workstations, as well as laptops (both working
and non-working), printers and other peripherals."

I guess those two BBC disc drives they have are the same two they had when
I was around York University...
