Thanks again for the manual, it prints out beautifully! The
ability to predict what a printer is going to do before it
starts doing it is a very handy skill to have in these

I took the manual apart to scan it so if you print it out as
double-sided A4, you should be able to fold it in half and staple it
(it's only three sheets). Unfortunately I didn't realise the scanner
had got every second side upside down but I'm sure that won't matter ;-)
The cover is separate because I scanned it in colour.
