Do you have the schematics in A1 or A0 format? I've got my own copy of the ACW
service manual, but sadly it only has A4-sized schematics [1].

I can get a good deal on large-sized scans from a local company, so will be
doing some 'trial runs' in the new year (with a view to getting lots more done
at a later date - with source material contributions from others if they wish
- once I'm happy with the quality)

[1] This seems to be the case with a lot of Acorn's service info, at least
from the 8-bit days - schematics are often reduced to A4 size for inclusion
and as a result are terrible quality, and it's obviously hard tracking down
the original-sized versions. (The later ARM machines seem better; the TRMs
often include large-size copies of schematics at the back)

Have also located at the museum a combined A3 scanner / printer / copier /
document server which hints in the manual that it'll scan to disk from one of
its sheet-fed inputs, although I couldn't get it to work the other week when
mucking around with it. If I can figure it out though I can blast through the
masses of docs piled up here. (At the very least, access to a scanner larger
than A4 might be handy...)

cheers

Jules
