Mind that sore point your touching there... ;)

I got hold of a 27C1001 (pin compatible with the 27C010) with the intent
to program with a 1mbit ROM image. Unfortunately I had my programmer set
to 27100 (with has a different pinout, A16/OE swapped) and it
misprogrammed the first byte, so the programmer gave up.

I'm now waiting for an EPROM eraser to turn up in the post so I can try
again...

Other than that, I should be OK to make 128K EPROMS. I already have the
socket adapter for the M128 made.. I just need to build that IDE board
now..

Mine doesn't go up that high :( I have seen programmers around that will
do 1M EPROMs though, but you might find a large hole in your wallet for
the privelege.
