If you are using the Acorn Z80 second processor, you can either use the DIP
program off the CP/M utilities disc or the READDFS.BBC program off the Z80
BBC Basic disc.

I don't know the full syntax for DIP as I don't have a manual which refers
to it but :

DIP A:FRED=:1.$.!BOOT

seems to copy !BOOT from a DFS disc in drive 1 to a CP/M file called FRED on
A:

The READDFS.BBC program prompts for filenames so this might be easier to
use.
