Subject: Name that ULA
The pedants would point out that a 'ULA' isn't useful for
anything - being an Uncommitted Logic Array.
It's only when the interconnect layer is added that it
becomes useful for a specific application, and once that
has happened it's no longer an Uncommitted Logic Array -
it's presumably a Committed Logic Array at this point.
