I tried changing the power supply because it was getting very hot.
It seemed to work OK for the next half hour or so before I turned in for
the night, leaving it on and running Repton.
Next morning it had corrupted itself and the screen graphics were
complete garbage.

I'm thinking that there's a heat problem with one of the memory chips -
does this sounds likely?
Which chips should I try swapping out (hopefully they're socketed!)?
