Do you known where it maps in the I/O space? The simplest software
is my *MIDION command which redirects SOUND commands to the MIDI
interface, see http://mdfs.net/Info/Comp/BBC/MIDI
 
If the interface is at, say &FC08 like the Ample MIDI interface,
then you would use *MIDION 08 
 
BTW, would anybody be interested in MIDI interfaces? I could whip
up a few PCBs.
