Asking here probably doesn't hurt.

For example:

I've got various bits of unused "common" hardware - plus will have goodies
like an ACW, Arm Eval kit etc. freed up in the coming months - that I know I
don't *need* to keep.

But, it's simply too much effort to haul it all out of storage, test it, clean
it up, think up a price etc. and list it all somewhere in the hope that
someone wants it right at that moment in time. If they didn't want it at that
moment in time, I wouldn't have the space to keep it out of storage for very
long - and hence the whole testing/cleaning cycle would be a waste and I'd end
up having to do it again at a later date.

Now if someone were to ask on the list for an item that I know I have and will
never want to keep myself, it's a lot easier for me to get at that single item
and do the whole cleaning / testing thing without it being a large pain in the
backside :-) (even if they were to change their mind; it's not so bad when
it's just a single thing)

I'm sure I'm not alone there... I'm always in awe of the people who actually
find the working space to keep a permanent store going! So, I'd like to see
more wanted ads on here personally...

cheers

Jules
