I use Imagedisk [1] for all my stuff - mainly because most of the alternatives 
seem to just do 'raw' dumps without any of the metadata so important to 
archival, or they use proprietary undocumented formats (e.g. teledisk). It's a 
bit-level archival utility, so it cares not what higher-level filesystem might 
be recorded on the disk.

[1] http://www.classiccmp.org/dunfield/img - You'll need a DOS machine though, 
and more importantly a PC capable of reading and writing FM data, which rules 
out the majority of them.
