CPMFiler can now access physical disks on RISC OS, and should run
on Windows to access disk images.
 
I'm working on accessing Challenger disks which is a bit fiddly as
tracks 0-2 are 10*256 FM and tracks 3-159 are 10*512 MFM, and it
throws the addressing arithmetic out a bit.
