My ARM Eval System ROM is also 16K. It has the string "Executive
version 1.00 (6th June 1986)" near the beginning and the string "Acorn
ARM Second Processor" a bit further in...

and the same command help table, except that it doesn't have
Cache/Uncache (they don't appear in the actual command table either)...

and the same SWI table except for Mouse, which this version doesn't
have. There are also more &FF bytes at the end, almost 2K bytes,
presumably due to the "missing" commands and Mouse SWI.
So it seems to be almost the same but with a few small changes.
