I acquired a Music 500 with some other stuff I bought. I sold it
on as I had no particular interest in music. I remember
wondering at the time how anyone could use it as the cable was
so short. Perhaps there were two issues - one having a longer
cable. Or perhaps some owners lengthened the cables out of
frustration. I guess you would have to find someone who's owned
a Music 500 from new to be certain.
