These links choose whether the on-board sideways ram or ROMS in
IC41 and IC37 appear in ROM slots 4,5,6 and 7.  You can check
that they are set for sideways RAM by trying to load a ROM
image (or any other file) into each of them (*SRLOAD <file> 8000
4 Q) - this will give an error if the links are set to enable the
ROMs.
