eBay !  It's usually a bit expensive if you actually really want to
buy things, but I don't think they could complain if you were to go
look at eBay's completed auctions, and pick typical selling prices
from there - after all, you can argue where else are you going to get
them from!

Of course, if you have a new-for-old policy, you might want to quote
prices for modern currently available replacements for some of the
items ... a GoMMC, for example, or a MiniB ... :-)
