Subject: modern BBC remake

I would like to see a BBC Micro implemneted in fpga, not sure it would be
possible to get all the hardware and interfaces on a single chip but that
would be the ultimate goal. I think there is some mileage to having
supporting chips in an implementation, but for a more generic purpose so the
board can be used to implement other computers or arcade machines, providing
basic support for video, sound, keyboard, mouse, usb, and possibly ethernet.
The board could have more than one fpga to make it easier to implement
external interfaces.

Basically an up to date version of the c-one that can be used as a generic
solution and sold in a more accessible form to customers who just want to
buy a machine, power it up, and run software on it.

Regards,
Paul.
