Then that's a misprint, and probably a very early copy of a datasheet if 
it only admits to two versions.  I have several Zilog datasheets, and 
the SGS data book, and they all disagree with what you wrote, and agree 
with what I wrote.  There are plenty of references on the internet too, 
if you look.  Besides, I've actually used Zilog SIO/2s (and SIO/0s).  I 
have a lump of conductive foam with 6 genuine Zilog ones in front of me 
right now :-)
