Since you have no success so far, perhaps I can help:

I do have an (EP)ROM with a yellow(ish) lable that is clearly for
a WE EPROM programmer.
I also remember to have an soft copy of it, extracted on a Master.

Would it be of any value to you, me trying to lacate one or both?
I could show a dump for the first 100 bytes or so, so perhaps others
can say if this is the proper one (you're searching for)?
