As I wrote, nspark (compiled on Linux) was able to open the archive, but the 
resulting 8192 bytes image seemed padded with data not present in your pure 
file. Perhaps that is like it should be, or some further conversion from 
RiscOS would be in order.

Although perhaps a tad outdated, I believe this nspark software with 
relative ease could be compiled in Windows (e.g. MinGW if not Microsoft 
Visual this-and-that is up to it) and given some kind of GUI for those who 
need. It is not really a BBC Micro matter, and it surprises me slightly if 
nobody has done this over the years. To get integrated support for these 
archivers in any of the mainstream programs might be tough, unless some is 
module based with user contributed modules.
