If you (or someone who got there before you) take out IC78 the 8271 disk
controller, you should close link S9 to avoid generating continuous NMIs
(which if not the original problem, will likely make the problem worse!)
Similarly if IC91 in the Econet department is missing, you should ensure
link S2 is closed. Be sure to open the appropriate link before plugging
in either of these chips though.
