I've gone one better and ripped the whole bleedin' case off the one that's on 
the table downstairs - it was really doing my head in trying to do the whole 
balancing act whilst connecting up ludicrously short cheese-wedge cables from 
below! Far easier with just PSU, system board, and keyboard (with a book 
underneath for insulation)

Hmm, afraid not - I had bucketloads of connectors like that at one time with 
all sorts of different numbers of pins, but I've used pretty much all of them 
in various electronics projects :/
