Subject: 3.5' Drives (Again..)

Hi,

I wonder if SF354 refers to the Chinon 354 mechanism found inside the drive?
That is by the way the same mechanism as found in Amiga 500. You may also
want to look at the instructions how to modify a PC drive for use with the
Commodore 1581 (see Instant 1581 Kit), which actually uses the same drive
mechanism as the Amiga. Unfortunately these instructions don't seem readily
available on the Internet, but I have a print-out at home. Of course,
modifications required to use a PC floppy on an Amiga, Atari ST, 1581 and so
on, are neccessarily not the same as for using it on a BBC Micro.
