I've put all the manuals at http://mdfs.net/Docs/Books/32016CoPro 
The "Cambridge CoProcessor User Guide" details installation, page
18 for DFS, page 23 for ADFS and NFS, followed by page 31 onwards
for the rest of the disks.
 
Talking of which, I don't have Panos Disk 7 "Welcome Disk". Has
anybody got a copy of it?
