PB04 is the MOS and PB05 is BASIC-II. HN613128 is just the root Hitachi
part number for a 128Kbit mask ROM, and 8322 and 8308 are the date
codes, 1983 weeks 22 and 8 respectively.
201666 is the DNFS ROM. It contains DFS 1.20 for the 8271 disc
controller, and NFS 3.60 for Econet, along with the Tube code for second
processors. If either the 8271 or Econet are not fitted to the machine,
the relevant filing system will not show up.

The different error message is probably just due to the different
versions of DFS that are trying to interpret the command.
The TFS ROM for the Teletext adapter, also known as the PD93 ROM, is
part number 201,609. I've got a binary dump of it if that helps (I can
convert it to an Intel hex file).
