Interesting stuff! I've never done anything with STEbus, but I do have a 
single STEbus card - and guess what, it's a 6809 board :-) Well, sort of... 
it's actually a 6809 board with the 6809 removed and a daughterboard 
containing a 68008 grafted on.

Like you, no software though :-(  (I suspect mine's Control Universal as it 
came with all the CU System-bus stuff that I got, but I confess to not knowing 
where I've put it, so I can't check :-)
